Baby Update - 27week appt

Everything is fine! We went to the dr today and everything is good. Her heart rate was 164. She again didn't like the dr poking around to find her heart beat she kicked him again. The dr just laughs. I am starting to have elevated blood pressure but the dr didn't seemed to concern. But i did have to have some extra blood work done. :( Plus i am having these pains in my upper abs but the dr said it is from scare tissue when i had my gallbladder removed. Nothing they can do about it, great!!! Other then that everything is going pretty smooth. We go back in 3 weeks to see the doc (Oct 16). BUT we go next week for our 4D ultrasound. Yeppie!!!!!

We FINALLY have named Baby Girl!




JULIETTE ELISE TAYLOR



As the title states if you don't like it (which i don't see why) speak now or forever keep your mouth shut. I know this was not a choice in the voting. Jonathan and I just could not see eye to eye on any of those names. But just for FYI the winner was Julianna (which is close to what we chose). Thanks for voting and thanks for the suggestions. We love the name we chose but as a disclaimer we have the right to change the name until she gets here. But we are pretty sure (98%)that is what it is. Plus we already have ordered some stuffed monogrammed (hahahaha).

We have also chosen the nursery decor. It is from pottery barn kids and it is called Sophie. It is pretty simple but pretty. We are painting the walls pale pink and using the same baby furniture (cherry sleigh crib) as what Jackson used.

As you can see we have made a lot of decisions this past week. It just took Jonathan and I time alone together to discuss ideas. Jonathan and i got to get away for the weekend and spent time with just us. It was nice but i really missed Jackson (thanks to my mom and dad for keeping him.) We also got started on our Christmas shopping since we will be a little busy closer to Christmas.

I am doing good, not much longer (13 weeks). We go to the Dr on Thursday it has been 5 weeks since we have gone. She is more active then Jackson was. She is already loving kickboxing or gymnastics. Sometimes i will be sitting and I literally jump because she kicks so hard. I love it!! I have truly been blessed to have been and being part of a wonderful miracle. Words cannot express the way i feel.

BUT before then we go to give our deposition on our lawsuit. As many of you know this has been awhile coming and i am ready for it to be over. I don't know what i can or can not say about the whole situation so I'll just state that hopefully our house we get taken care of. Maybe this stress will lessen after this week.

Well i think i have caught everyone up. We have been busy and will be busy this week. I'll post again with updates after the Dr appt.

GO DAWGS GO!!!!!!

We went to the Miss State Game this past Saturday. We had fun. Angelia and Matt went with us. Jackson got to yell "Go Dog Go" while waving his pompom and cowbell. Everyone around us thought he was so funny. We won the game. Every game but one (his very first game) Jackson has been to we have won (which includes an Alabama and Auburn game)which is ironic because we haven't won a whole lot. We have taken him to at least 2-3 games a season since he was born. Jonathan is determined that Jackson love the Bulldogs. Which later in life may prove difficult due to us living in Alabama. But until then go bulldogs!!!

Feeding the Horses at PoppaG and GranB's

We went to Meridian this weekend. To visit everyone and make our way to the Football Game (next post). We stayed at the Taylor's house. Behind their house is some horses (don't belong to them). Jackson, Poppa G and GranB had fun feeding them. Jackson didn't know what to think of them. But he was not scared of them (of course, what is he scared of, which scares me).

Jonathan and I thought that this was funny. We think this may be his first attempt at a cone. Hahahaha! He LOVED it! It looks good to me.

Blue Mtn Beach FL Aug 2008

Well we are back from a SHORT vacation. We were suppose to come back Wednesday, Sept 3. BUT we came home Sunday thanks to Hurricane Gustav. We still enjoyed ourselves. Uncle Mitch and Aunt Lindsey (aka Mich and Winsay) came also so we had a lot of fun. As Jackson would say we played on the "Bech, YEAH." Friday and Saturday was absolutely beautiful but Sunday the hurricane moved in but we got to play in the waves that morning. We also shopped. Surprisingly we didn't buy that much.

Nothing else is going on. Baby Girl is doing good. She is really active. We are 24 weeks. WOW time has flown by. She will be here shortly, can you believe it? I am growing, according to strangers i am "about to drop" hahahaha. I have only gained 8lbs so i think i am doing good. Strangers are mean. I guess people just feel the urge to comment. Well that's all for now.
